Historic Route 395

 This road covers three countries, going from Mexico to Canada. US 395 served the metropolitan areas of San Diego and San Bernardino. Further north, it connected Los Angeles area to the communities of the Owens Valley, Mammoth Lakes and Mono Lake. In Northern California, the corridor has been used since the California gold rush.
